Junior Development
Kemnay Golf Club is committed to the development of junior golf.
Junior training is provided under the clubgolf initiative using volunteers from the membership and
parents of junior members. Further details of courses provided and organised competitions may be

A 10 acre area of ground to the right of the eighth fairway was purchased from local
farmer Steve Ross.
Lottery funding was obtained for the land purchase and the development of this area as a practice facility for junior coaching and general practice area.
This facility - the Beechbank Practice Facility - was opened by Paul Lawrie on Monday 13th June 2011.
